The beach is only 80mt (87 yards) away, located on the other side of a small road, the villa is surrounded by its garden of pines and Mediterranean macchia.
4 double bedrooms each with its access to the garden, 3 bathrooms, living with fire-place and open-space kitchenette.
Also available a 5th single bedroom for a child or maid with little service bathroom.
Maid service is included 6 hours per week (further hours on request).
Useful Information:
At walking distance there is the Marina of Porto Rafael, ideal for renting boats with or without skipper to quickly access the islands of the Archipelago.
Also close-by the renowned “Piazzetta” of Porto Rafael, here we have the restaurant, bar and well equipped mini-market.
The main town is Palau, which is less than 3 km away.
The Pevero Golf course and the Costa Smeralda is only 25 min driving.
For wind-surfers and kite-surfers there is Porto Polo only 5 km away. Internationally renowned and where many world-championship have been hosted.
Olbia Airport is only 45 km away (35 min driving).
