An innovative design that plays with light and fine local materials, tailor-made environments similar to the interiors of a luxury yacht, state-of-the-art home automation, and a terrace to relax on that looks out to the sea and the flower-filled park.

The concept of this apartment was born out of close collaboration with a well-known Italian architectural firm. The basis of the project is a careful study of natural lights and their use that aims to ensure optimal lighting at all hours of the day, thus ensuring a lower environmental impact, and with it energy saving. Large glazed walls to give sunlight and moonlight are the result of this research, as is the choice of furnishings and materials: offering fine local raw materials will make it possible to create elegant and relaxing environments that recall the local maritime tradition and respect the environment.

APARTMENT COMPOSITION

 PROJECT 1: as per the description, a four-room apartment with 3 double bedrooms;
 PROJECT 2: four-room apartment with 2 double bedrooms and a studio room.
The making of either project is at the total discretion of the buyer, who will be able to take advantage of the advice and experience of our on-site consultants.

This offer also includes two parking spaces.
