The Villa
Our tour of Villa Euforbia begins in the heart of the property: the spacious and very bright living room. This space, bordered by full-height sliding glass walls, connects the two fronts of the villa: the one directly facing the beach, and the back, a natural interior courtyard equipped with a swimming pool (over 50 square meters) that ensures maximum livability of outdoor spaces at any time of year and in any climate.
Indoor-outdoor livability, guaranteed by more than 180 square meters between terraces and outdoor areas, is, in fact, one of the main themes on which this innovative design, that incorporates the most modern theories of biophilic design and neuro-architecture, was set. An example of this particular attention to the distribution of spaces is given by the presence not only of an indoor kitchen overlooking the large terrace facing the sea but also of an outdoor kitchen located in the inner courtyard of the villa: an intimate and reserved space, ideal for rediscovering the genuine pleasure of being together.

Design Philosophy
Every shape and space is designed to ensure complete harmony with the context and to provide maximum bio-climatic well-being all year round. Thanks to the latest construction approaches, the exact lush nature that envelops the 1.600 square meters of this lot is shaped and molded to create the ideal conditions for inhabiting the exterior and interior at all times, shielding the winds, giving absolute privacy, sound insulation and a feeling of complete continuity inside - outside, between home and nature.

This innovative way of understanding living envisions the "lot" becoming a genuinely private, a space surrounded by nature and capable of giving total privacy and tranquility to those who reside there. There are also no visual barriers: gates, walls, and fences (although present) are to be dissolved entirely and camouflaged in the thick Mediterranean scrub of the Park.
