​Villa Elisium is an innovative biophilic design project that aims to enhance the unique position of a plot of approximately 1,560 square metres with a sea view and direct access to the beach.

This contemporary innovative independent villa is currently under development and therefore still fully customisable. 
The villa is designed for those who wish to enjoy a personal oasis of peace, tranquillity and privacy, less than 50 metres from the sea. Given the customisable nature of the project, it is possible to adapt the interior and exterior spaces according to the owner's preferences. The aim is to create a unique environment that harmonises with the surrounding natural beauty, while offering all modern comforts.
The main design objective of Villa Elisium is 'integration'. The plot and its conformation are used to conceal the building, so that it blends in with its natural surroundings. THE VILLA
Villa Elisium, currently under development, offers the possibility of completely customising the property according to the owner's wishes. The residence is developed on one level with a living area of approximately 150 square metres.

The main entrance opens onto a large and bright living and dining area that forms the beating heart of the villa, together with the kitchen. This space is designed for convivial moments and overlooks a fragrant Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool well integrated into the grounds.

The living area is doubly liveable as it opens onto large outdoor spaces on both sides of the villa. These outdoor spaces are true oases of tranquillity and peace, immersed in the lush greenery of nature, offering the opportunity for outdoor living.

Thanks to the innovative design of the project, both nature and the built environment have been skilfully shaped to ensure maximum liveability both inside and out. The courtyard behind, for example, is a second living with an open-air dining area, allowing the outdoors to be fully enjoyed.

Thanks to the latest construction approaches, the lush nature that envelops the more than 2,000 square metres of this lot is modelled and shaped to create the ideal conditions for living outdoors and indoors at all times, shielding the winds, providing absolute privacy, acoustic insulation and a feeling of full continuity inside - outside, between home and nature.

This innovative way of understanding living envisages the "lot" becoming a true private "iso-lot", a space surrounded by nature and capable of giving total privacy and tranquillity to those who live there.
