Villa Panorama was built in a slightly hilly position elevated above the center of Porto Rotondo, and because of this it enjoys unparalleled views of the consortium and the homonymous gulf, ranging from Portisco to Cala di Volpe to Mortorio. It is precisely from the concept of "panoramic" that all the spaces of the villa, both indoor and outdoor, have been conceived: whether you are relaxing on a chaise-longue or having lunch in one of the many outdoor lounges or even in one of the bedrooms or living areas, you will be able to admire unique views whether they are of the sea, of pure Mediterranean maquis or both.

A large granite formation develops right where the villa stands.The spaces and extensions made over the years were created right by excavating and working this valuable rock: the resulting rooms take on very special shapes and colors and are a true signature feature of the property.

The garden is a triumph of colors: the intense greens of the Mediterranean maquis meet the softer ones of the English lawn and the bright ones of the flowers. In this space, where nature reigns supreme, are two swimming pools: a larger heart-shaped one and a smaller octagonal one with shallow water, ideal for the children. Both pools have a truly impressive underwater lighting system and hydromassage areas, but while the main pool is ideal for swimming "against the current" and has an underwater music system, the smaller one is heated water and has a central stone table ideal for poolside aperitifs. All around are developed lounges and sunbathing areas, both on the lawn and not, where you can relax by reading a book, listening to music or simply being lulled by natural sounds and aromas. The granite terraces are very panoramic and equipped with outdoor tables (the largest for 14 people) where you can lunch and/or dine both facing the sea and protected from the Mistral on windy days.

The main body is divided into living and sleeping areas by a wide central corridor. In the living area is the large panoramic living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, and a service bathroom. In the sleeping area, instead, there are 3 en-suite double bedrooms and 1 en-suite single bedroom. The Kika master bedroom boasts a wonderful view of the gulf, while the other rooms face the park and the Mediterranean maquis. All rooms feature walk-in closets and elegant finishes, such as those in ceresarde in the bathrooms.

The 3 dépendances consist of master bedroom with private bathroom and enjoy totally independent access.

All rooms in the property are air-conditioned (including the kitchen), have wi-fi, TV and mini-bar in the bedrooms, 80-inch TV in the living room. In the garden, the lighting system has been redone and there is a Turkish bath, a gym and an emotional shower.
